Magnetite Nanoparticles Different Sizes Effectiveness On Growth And Secondary Metabolites In Ginkgo Biloba L. Callus

نویسندگان

چکیده

This study investigated the effects of magnetite nanoparticles (MNPs) various sizes (10.77, 20.5, and 29.3 nm), different concentrations (0.5, 1, 2 ppm) on growth production active constituents in Ginkgo biloba L callus. The best medium for callus proliferation was MS supplemented with 1 ppm naphthalene acetic acid (NAA), Kinetin, 0.5 MNPs a size 10 nm, which gave maximum fresh weight percentage increase after two subcultures. accumulation ginkgolide A bilobalide were achieved when elicited by nm at ppm. also focused estimating phenolic compounds scavenging free radicals (antioxidant activity) their indirect effect production. Also, had clear number compounds, where values recorded (2 + 10.77 nm). major components quercetin, kaempferol, p-coumaric acid, rutin, caffeic acid. Moreover, highest antioxidant activity (DPPH) treated nm) reached 77.29 %. highlights importance from L. focusing relationship between concentration. Besides, to provide good permanent source substances medical industrial large scale lowest cost.

The Effects of Fertilization on the Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Ginkgo biloba L

Ginkgo biloba L. is one of the most extensively planted and productive commercial species in temperate areas around the world, but slow-growth is the most limiting factor for its utilization. Fertilization is one of the key technologies for high quality and high forest yield. To better understand the impacts of fertilization on Ginkgo productivity, the effects of fertilization treatments (singl...
